The parchment is rolled up and placed inside a protective case, which is then affixed to the doorposts of Jewish homes.

A: The case protects the sacred scroll and allows it to be securely and decoratively mounted on a doorpost. In Jewish tradition, there’s a principle called hiddur mitzvah—the idea of enhancing a commandment through beauty. In short, while the scroll is the heart of the mitzvah, the case is what carries it with beauty, dignity, and protection

A: We use high-quality epoxy resin. Depending on the design, we may also include fillings, glitters, dyes, or a combination of these elements.

A: Double-sided tape is the most effective method. We can include the tape on your mezuzah if requested.

A: No, Kezuzah currently only sells the mezuzah case at present. You will need to purchase a kosher scroll separately from a registered scribe or Judaica store.

A: Each mezuzah is handmade, so while the design remains the same, slight variations may occur—making each piece unique.

A: Our current production time is 3–4 weeks. Once completed, your order will be shipped.

A: Our cases are recommended for indoor use only, as they do not have a back cover to fully protect the scroll.
